Can Indian foreign medical graduates apply for the Fellowship in Family Medicine?
Indian Foreign medical graduates first need to clear the FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduate Examination), i.e., a screening test for international medical graduates, to be eligible to obtain the registration certificate from the National Medical Commission (NMC) or State Medical Council (SMC) & practice medicine in the country. Once the registration certificate is obtained, the Indian foreign medical graduate can apply for Medigrad’s fellowship courses after MBBS.
What certification will I receive after completing the Fellowship in Family Medicine?

Is the Fellowship in Family Medicine recognised by the National Medical Commission (NMC) or the former Medical Council of India (MCI)?
The medical council has no jurisdiction over any program delivered via online or blended learning platforms. These online fellowship courses are not intended to be a substitute for formal medical education or specialization.
